		<description>Go the other way and rather than trying to stop eating junk food eat plenty and plenty of good foods (fruits, vegetables, high fiber low glycemic index foods). Drink lots and lots of plain water. That way there&#039;s not so much room left for junk food.

Eating slower will help a huge amount. It takes twenty minutes for your brain to notice that you are full and by eating slowly you can stop when yu have enough calories.

Also of course you need to be more active and exercise more. Remember that every little bot you do will help.
