What are some good tips for getting healthier and possible weight loss that doesn’t require a lot of work?
January 21st, 2010 at 18:43I want to try to get healthier and stop eating so much junk food. I try to keep to a plan, but every time my willpower caves and I give up. My mom knows a lot about nutrition but she doesn’t always have time to remind me about it. Does anyone have any tips to easily remember how to stay on track?
If you understand the importance of how "The Invisible Controls The Visible" in all things in life, you know that it’s our "mind" that is the boss that gives out order for the "body" to carry out.
Therefore, if you’re asking for "not a lot of work" to do to achieve weight loss and overall health improvement, then you’d just need to focus your energy onto your "inner wisdom" – your "mind," that is.
"Change your mind, and change your luck." That is so well understood now thanks to the movie "The Secret."
By changing your mind, you can start to see yourself losing weight without any efforts, while you can still enjoy your yummy foods too.
Check out the following website for a very new and yet very powerful program that helps you fine-tune your "mind" to create the fast weight loss and overall health improvement that you’ve always wanted.
Don’t be like: "I’m so broke I can’t even pay attention."
That’s where a lot of people fail and…gain weight at the same time.

There really is no way to do it without "a lot of work". If you truly want to get healthy, it’s going to take some studying–as in what foods are best for your body type; what nutrients are in what foods, how much to eat, etc. It’s going to take moving around and getting your body going.

Go the other way and rather than trying to stop eating junk food eat plenty and plenty of good foods (fruits, vegetables, high fiber low glycemic index foods). Drink lots and lots of plain water. That way there’s not so much room left for junk food.
Eating slower will help a huge amount. It takes twenty minutes for your brain to notice that you are full and by eating slowly you can stop when yu have enough calories.
Also of course you need to be more active and exercise more. Remember that every little bot you do will help. So go step by step and be kinder to yourself.
