You could also do my Abs Transformer video, I have a few for the core, that might give you better results than Pilates. Anyway, do this workout 4-5 times a week for now, eat cleanly [lots of veggies, lean protein, a little fat like good cheese or olive oil dressing, nuts....], drink water, no fake sugar diet products or drinks,  and you&#039;ll look amazing.
