    how do you turn fat into muscle when muscle cells and fat cells are 2 different things???? What happens is that you are building the muscles under the fat and once u start to get stronger the fat starts to burn off.

    I’m in the same boat as you and trust me when you get use to it it gets easier and easier. You have to challenge yourself otherwise you’ll never loose the weight.

    Keep going and focus on how you feel afterwords! You’ll feel amazing trust me :)
