weight loss a couple questions nutrition?
October 28th, 2009 at 13:37what are some dishes that are good for weight losee like pasta or anything easy like chicken what has LOW FAT and also drinks lik water or juices or diet sodas just want to pick up some more healthyer choices and start when im younger not just for weight loss for nutrition because i play ALOT of sports and i really need good foods or know CRASH
First of all, do NOT drink diet sodas! They are very unhealthy. Drink lots of water and FRESH vegetable juice. Fruit juice is way too sugary and acidic.
