The most common questions I get are all based on the P90X Nutrition and what works. Well my friends the best thing I could do was create a video to explain what I have done in the past and present, what works for me, and a bunch more.
Being me I went to make you a single ten minute video to sum it all up – What I got was 45 minutes of some great content that I decided to split up and share with you over a 6 day series of videos. Each video has it’s own subject discussion, some based on diet, some based on weight loss, some based on fitness training, and another of food.
I really hope you all enjoy the work I put into these videos – Of course I am no expert so if you are an expert and have some advice i’d love your feedback!

Hey bro I’m 5’5 175 …
Hey bro I’m 5’5 175 lbs and I’m trying to shred fat so I can get a six pack at the end of this. I finished week one and my stomach looks the same and sometimes worse.1st meal is egg whites and 3 oz of ham. 2nd meal is a protient bar. 3rd is a tuna fish sandwich w/ a lot of lettuce on wheat bread. Then I work out.after that I drink a recovery drink. Then eat a chicken breast w/ brocoli maybe 2 hours later… Am I doing somthing wrong here? Pease help!!!

hey I have a question, is resting a whole body thing or muscles. I am wondering if you work out in a gym all week on the weekend should you do sit ups or something if you havent worked that particular muscle recently or if it feels ok and not sore at all?

i started p90x and …
i started p90x and im 23 days into it i have seen results but not alot b/c i did not do diet due to lack on info on nutrition plan and money im only 13 so i dont control what is put in the fridge but now im able to sorta follow the diet plan. im 205 Lbs and im not sure if i should do lvl1, lvl2 or lvl3 in the diet

Damn, I might gain …
Damn, I might gain weight tho cause ive been eating around that for a while (2000 – 2300)…I guess ill increase slowly 200 cals extra starting tomorrow and the rest of the week and Ill increase another 200cals the week after this one…Thanks!

I think you should …
I think you should eat more. With as much activity as you say you do you are probably burning in excess of 1200+ calories a day just from the fitness. If your anything like me you could get away with eating 3500-4000 a day easy.

good tips, bro I eat 5 meals a day of 400 – 460 calories a day is this good or bad? im 5 ‘ 9 159 LBS
I do 60 – 80 minutes of cardio 5 x a week
and weight training; a different muscle group a day.

dude, stop schilling for p90x, unless they pay you to do this, in which case divulge that info
you do not need to spend any money on anything p90x related (except their pull up bar) to successfully get fit and look beach ready

I’m trying to be 150 pounds. I haven’t lost any weight, but i’ve seen very slight results within my first month. Should i do extra side workouts other then just the P90X workouts. i’ve been running 2 miles the day that i’ve been doing yoga, but i haven’t been getting the results i want.

Ok. well i’ve completed my third week and i haven’t lost any weight. my starting weight was 170, and i’m still 170. should i be concerned? and should i repeat phase one before continuing on to phase 2?

Well that would …
Well that would vary – I’m actually in the process of figuring out how many calories you burn during a Plyo work out – This of course caries based on the level of intensity. Resting level you probably burn somewhere around 1500 calories in your normal body functions throughout the day.

i eat half a cup of cottage cheese 1:30 before bed since cottage cheese is easily digestible and has around 15g of protein

how do you calculate how much you burn everyday? how many calories should the plyometrics DVD burn and how many calories do you burn by just sitting around?

You need to consume …
You need to consume lots and lots of calories – Your body has an incredibly high metabolism and requires constant nutrition and attention to build and retain muscle. Honestly the only way I can build a huge amount of muscle is if I consume 3k+ in calories every day. Don’t eat whatever, eat clean but eat often and lots. I don’t mean stuff yourself but consume high calorie foods (carbs) 5-6 times a day – Protein shakes can be a great way to add some extra calories.

i need help man … ok so im skinny … im like 5′ 9” and im weight 130 pounds … im like bonny… so i donno what to eat. Why cant i just eat whatever since im skinny, dont i need lots of food? and should i drink the whey protein shake everyday i was thinkin 1 glass each day for 90 days?

Yeah that was nothing and almost a nightly process! So so so bad. To be honest I should have weighed 200+ pounds but I was fortunate to have a good metabolism
