    1st off vitamins …
1st off vitamins have to be of a high quality, you cannot use low quality ones, the are full of fillers and the coating can even be bad for you as well. The high quality vitamins can work wonders, you get what you pay for. As for animal meat, the fat inside the muscle of the animal stay solid at room temp and body temp. i dont know about you but i would not want that running thru my arteries clogging me up and giving me cancer and heart attacks, strokes. etc..i much rather eat live living foods

  4. pbr2424 Says:

    Take a Mega vitamin …
Take a Mega vitamin due to the depleted soils of farm lands and a lot anti oxidant supplements. It’s really to get all your nutrients in diet alone no matter how well you eat.

  5. studentoflife01 Says:

    Well you said this …
Well you said this blanket statement “Wonderloo5000 (1 day ago) Show Hide 0 Marked as spam
Reply | Spam meat contains fat, fat contains toxins, im sticking to plant based proteins ” – I just assumed you where a vegetarian.

  6. studentoflife01 Says:

    lol jello doesn’t …
    lol jello doesn’t have 20 amino-acids ;)

  7. Wonderloo5000 Says:

how do you know why …
how do you know why im a vegetarian??? The way the factory farms treat the animals is a huge reason why I dont eat their meat. My girlfriends grandpa raises organic grass fed beef, i eat that on a occasion because its natural.

  8. studentoflife01 Says:

    So yea that’s what …
So yea that’s what I’m saying you are a vegitarian not because it hurts animals but because you see it as a right fit for your lifestyle….you don’t want to eat toxins in fat or something

    THANK YOU,.
    THANK YOU,.

  10. Wonderloo5000 Says:

    ? harvesting krill …
? harvesting krill is a more sustainable resource for omega3′ its the little shrimp like things that whales eat, its the most abundant animal on earth. Fish oil is not sustainable.

  11. studentoflife01 Says:

Oh so you get that …
Oh so you get that whole trip (Don’t hurt animals unless you want to hurt yourself)-But you’re not buying into it?

  12. Wonderloo5000 Says:

    thats why im going …
thats why im going to be taking Krill omega 3 Oil

  13. studentoflife01 Says:

    But you can’t find …
But you can’t find long chain omega three fatty acids in fat…That’s why when people go on these crazy vegan diets they can’t think correctly, and literally go nutz! I was a vegitarian for almost a decade I know a little something about the in’s and the outs of this kind of life style…

  14. Wonderloo5000 Says:

    humans started …
humans started eating a lot of meat because they figured out how to harness fire and cook it. We dont have to be omnivores.I eat gogi berries and other superfoods, i agree about the non organic vegetables, thats why im growing my own food this year.

  15. PE425 Says:

    @Wonderloo5000, …
@Wonderloo5000, maybe so, but that doesn’t change the fact that meat does not lose 50% of protein when cooked. However, even plants can have just as serious toxins in it as meat, if your plant sources are not also organic. Still, there is organic beef. It is good that you get protein from as many clean sources as possible, as long as you are getting enough complete proteins from those sources. Our bodies don’t care about religion or ethical beliefs. Humans are omnivores.

  16. Wonderloo5000 Says:

    meat contains fat, …
meat contains fat, fat contains toxins, im sticking to plant based proteins

  17. PE425 Says:

    As for your claim …
As for your claim that plant proteins are better for digestion, that all depends: Plant based proteins have a lower PDCAA score, which proves their PROTEINS are actually less digestable than meat. However, absorption and bioavailability of plant-based protein can be greatly increased when consuming them via high-powered blender (smoothie). Also, if you use cold water and / or ice in the smoothie, it can help prevent oxidization, or at least keep it to a minimum.

  18. PE425 Says:

    @Wonderloo5000, a …
@Wonderloo5000, a 50% loss of protein in cooked meat is completely unfounded. Please site your sources. In the mean time, check out “denaturation” and “PDCAA” on wikipedia, Dr. Mirkin’s article on coooking at: health “DOT” learninginfo “DOT” org “slash” cooking “DOT HTM”. Also, review the very high nutrient retention values in the USDA chart located at: nal “DOT” usda “DOT” gov “slash” fnic “slash” foodcomp “slash” Data “slash” retn5 “slash” retn5_tbl “DOT PDF” for even more proof.

  19. Wonderloo5000 Says:

    you actually do …
you actually do lose 50% of the protein when you cook meat. Plant based proteins are better for your digestion because of body is not using massive amounts of energy to break down the meat.

  20. PE425 Says:

    @Wonderloo5000, …
@Wonderloo5000, Glad you now admit meat is a complete protein. However, you are still incorrect. A 50% loss of protein is not just a wild overstatement, but is completely false. Protein can become denatured in cooked meat (similar process happens when it is in our digestive system) but does NOT lose protein or amino acids when cooked. Besides, with such significantly more protein in meat over something like hemp seed, the concern of protein loss not only becomes moot but disengenous as well.

  21. Wonderloo5000 Says:

    Yea meat is a …
Yea meat is a complete source of protein if you DONT cook it, which is impossible to ingest unless your a wild animal. When you cook it thats when it destroys 50% of the protein.

  22. PE425 Says:

    Wonderloo, you need …
Wonderloo, you need to check your facts again. Although meat does require more energy to digest, it IS a complete protein. Also, soybean is a higher source of protein than hemp seed. However, a high consumption of meat or soybean have serious problems (read: meat= high LDL and risk of CV diesase; while soybean= isoflavones, thyroid depression, and high estrogen).

The key is to say annobolic as much as you can!

  24. superjew1000 Says:

Ok so I am looking …
Ok so I am looking for the best diet of all…If there are any foods that would put you in better health than any other what would they be!?

  25. LZKS Says:

    I genetically …
I genetically engineer bacteria, and within any 200 aa sequence in any protein includes all 20 amino acids. Did you even know proteins are made up of 20 amino acids? And digestion doesn’t involve any detoxification. When food is digested into useable nutrients, the waste just goes down the toilet. And excess nutrients absorbed by cells are filtered out by liver to urine. You don’t seem like a science-savvy person.
