Is my diet good for nutrition and weight loss?

Breakfast: oatibix with raspberries, 2 tbsps bio-yogurt and a sprinkling of sunflower seeds.
Lunch: hard boiled egg with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and an apple.
Dinner: chicken with broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage.

For your 3 main meals yes, but you need some snacks as this is not enough calories. It seems dumb, but it can be counteractiveto eat too little as your body goes into starvation mode and hangs on to as much fat as it can. An average woman needs at least 1200 to prevent this, the average man 1600.

    no, you need to eat more at least 1200 and that doesnt sound like 1200 calories.

    id rekon that is a pretty balanced diet where you are getting a majority of different nutrients. you cant eat that all the time tho so alternate it slightly with different veg and maybe something like wholemeal pasta or brown rice and some sort of beans :)

    Its good, although you may be lacking in lunch calories. Try eating some carbs for lunch, the earlier they’re eaten, the more likely your body is to use it and metabolise it quicker.
    Also, try light snacks.

    Diets dont work. Dont you know that girl. Theres only one sure way of losing weight and that is to go on a speed diet. Get a good supply of amphetamine, do some every day and you will literally see the pounds fall off ya. It worked for me i lost 5 stone in as many months, im totally paranoid about everything now except my weight but thats the price you pay to look like you want to look. Know wot i mean?

    It seems good, but I think it will be better for you if you make variety diet. Make a week list of meals (different each day) with similar amount of calories will help you to avoid boredom of strict diet.
