I need weight loss, nutrition, exercise advice!?

October 29th, 2009 at 14:21

I have some pretty big love handles. The problem is all the fat goes to that spot. It’s weird becasue I can see my rib cage, and it makes me look skinny up top, but then i see my love handles and I look like crap. What are some things I can do to reduce the size of my love handles?
I run Cross Country, which means I can’t make my exercises short and quick, but thanks anyway

Some of the things i do are as follows :

- Take a 25 pound in each arm and do sit bends, also I try to do at least 300 sit ups a day I know this isn’t much advise but it worked for me

I promise try this…it will be the last thing you ever do!!! As long as you cleanse your body….you will be fine….it’s like giving yourself and oil change….. My family and I have been using the best cleansing technology…:)the first time I did it, I lost 10 pounds in 9 days:)…..check out this site…

First of all, u should consider going on a high protein diet, meaning lots of fish, chicken, egg whites, meat…etc, that will help u build muscle and burn up fat, especially belly fat and love handles….don’t stop there though, u have to, have to, have to do some weight training…get a dumbell set and start lifting weights, lift as heavy as u can with lower reps, this will build up the muscles on your upper body and balance out your body….sit ups and ab exercises don’t really work unless your watching your food intake as well. Weight train 3 times a week with atleast 1 day rest in between. Do some kind of cardio too…but high intensity cardio like running or fast jogging, make your cardio exercise FAST and SHORT. That helps to ensure that your body is burning off fat rather than muscle.
    Good luck!
