so far i have lost 9 kilos but i have 17 kilos to go
oh well
loved this video my aim is to get down to 50 kilos
that is my goal for the next 2 years losing the weight and maintaining the weight until it becomes effortless!

Yea are the like Fiber Plus and special K good. I like them and I have them in my purse all the time. I eat that when I want Fast food. SO its good there, but I would like the healthier choice.

@itzm3ash Good for you girl!! Some girls are just naturally very thin and weight doesn’t come on easily. Don’t fret! Increase your intake of healthy carbs, MUFAs and protein and eat more snacks! xox
