@inshape4u Ok i can do the full exercise 2 times, I havent lost any pounds. Could it be that I use dumbells when i do crunches for my abs on the days i dont do this exercise? I also use Whey Protein. I eat very healthy also 5 small meals a day. Why do i have to eat 5 small meals a day? why cant i just eat 3 full meals? please help me man

Nice video inshape4u, I’m in pretty good shape. I run every day and strength train most days. Anyway, I watch the video, did it a few times and am surprised at how affective it is. 2 to 3 times in a row????? i thought that it would work if u spread it throughout the day like workout in the morning and then afternoon and then before u go to bed. so now i just realized that i wasnt doing it right cuz thats how i was doing this workout. thanks for the tip inshape4u. i really wanna lose 55 pounds and fit into my old clothes again. lol. thanks now i can take it from here

Is it OK to also lift weights, while also doing this excercise? By that I mean if you do this excercise 3 – 4 times a week, would it be ok to lift weight on your day off aor even before the workout ?
