Good advice. By the way, you love being in front of a camera. My nephew has that personality type. It’s funny to see that kind of energy. Not that I’m complaining.

Great tips. However …
Great tips. However, I just want to point out convenience is very important when it comes to preparing food. In our society time equals to money. Let’s just say you spend 3 hours doing research and cutting out coupons in return to save 22dollars. Your basically only earned $7.33… per hour you spend. I feel this video is more suitable for those who have a lot of time on their hand. Still by all means this is a great video and it’s very detailed.

dude let me tell u …
dude let me tell u right now – if u want to eat HEALTHY – not semi healthy – it is very cheap.
dozen eggs – 2 bucks, 10lb bag of white rice from Costco – 3 bucks, Broccoli at a market – 33 cents/lb, giant bag of romaine lettuce from a market – 2 bucks, cans of tuna 70 cents… the list goes on u just have to look around. If u can find a middle eastern type market – they have the best stuff for the cheapest.
Thats of course if ur willing to truly eat healthy – which most people arent.

Decent video but …
Decent video but one correction at about the point 8:30 or so. She says people spend more money on things in life that aren’t necessities. That’s not true, especially in the US.
The costs for necessities has increased dramatically over the past 30 yrs; food, housing, health care are some of them. “The Coming Collapse of the Middle Class” is a lecture by a Harvard professor on here discussing that.
So yes eating healthy is important; I agree. Just this one issue. Still a good video.
