Do Artificial Sweeteners Make People Fat? — Clinical Nutrition
Aspartame, Sucralose, NutraSweet, Splenda are put in diet soda and other products. Studies have show that these chemical substances are not necessarily safe and can actually keep people hungry.

HEY, great to hear …
HEY, great to hear you’re getting the scoop on diet soda. I never imagined that diet soda could have this effect on my desire for food, sugar and more diet coke. Quite simply…IT DOES! I had heard about this rat study on a bodybuilding and fitness website. The video above confirms what I’ve read.Skmgirl, over the next few weeks as you remove the diet soda products from your eating pattern, you’ll watch in complete disbelief as your appetite and desire for processed flour/sugar foods disappears.

I NEEDED IT! With a …
I NEEDED IT! With a larger volume of cardio plus a healthy eating pattern, I managed to lose my standard 1lb per week. But it was HARD, and HARD to maintain. I thought I just wanted more food later on. Most of the food I ate later on was still relatively healthy, but it was higher in calories and I ate more of it. In2008 I realized that the diet soda was needlessly stimulating my appetite. I gave it up and my bodyfat dropped EASILY (Now 6%) and my desire for all these extra calories VANISHED!

EXCELLENT VIDEO!! …
EXCELLENT VIDEO!! I’m a very healthy natural foods consumer. My goal is always getting and maintaining low bodyfat..bodybuilding etc. For 3-4 years my diet was clean on most of the time, but developed the habit of diet soda…out of the tap at certain restaraunt with healthy alternative food choices. 4 of the 5 meals I consumed daily were extremely healthy and lean. But by dinner time I couldn’t wait for another diet coke and food more processed or with sugar. It’s not that I just wanted it…..

I’ve cut sugar out …
I’ve cut sugar out of my diet competely. I don’t miss it, I don’t crave anything, and I’m uninterested in it. Of course I have fructose, because I eat fruit, and of course I have lactose, because I drink milk, but I’ve switched to goats milk because it’s digested in half an hour as suppsed to eight hours. But I haven’t drunk soft drinks for six years, and I’m getting lots of vegetables in next week’s shop (Gonna try the Japanese diet). I love this video 5/5 stars
