Do you have anything I could reccomend him to eat while doing this? BTW if you only saw your face, you wouldn&#039;t realise how big you are lol. I was like, is that photoshopped? lol.</description>

Its true that pigging out and then going to bed is bad for weight loss but the meals I am suggesting are fine.</description>

If you need something ultrafast, I would recommend a can of nonfat turkey chili over a protein bar.  The protein bars have lots of sugar and no fiber.</description>
