Will a strict malt-o-meal diet help weight loss?

If I eat just malt-o-meal, fruits, veggies and vitamins with a decent amount of water intake, will this work for weight loss? The nutrition values thing seems pretty healthy to me..?

It might work, but where are you going to get protien? Malt-o-meal is enriched with vitamins and minerals, but you should try to get them naturally as much as you can! When I try to lose weight, I do a protien diet, since that builds muscle. You want to stay active, though, but it works GREAT. If you’re just talking about that for breakfast, try one or two eggs and/or some peanut butter toast (maybe with some flax sprinkled on top? SO GOOD, trust me!) on wheat or whole grain.
If you want to lose weight, you’ve got to do it properly, the old fashioned way, or else it won’t be a healthy weight loss, or a long-lasting effect. Diet, exercise, hydration! Good luck!
